Hatboro To Play Sam Shepherd's 'True West'

HATBORO, PA - Sam Shepard’s acclaimed “True West” is on its way to the area.

The Village Players of Hatboro will host the play March.

The new cast includes the following, pictured above, from left to right:

• Steven J. Niles as Saul
• Dustin Karrat as Austin
• Matteo LeCompte as Lee
• Phyllis Blair as Mom

True West, penned in 1980, is about a sibling rivalry that reignites when two long lost brothers are reconnected.

The play was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Drama in 1983.
