The "uncontrolled leak" came from a fallen 120-gallon tank at a construction site for new homes, officials said.

The cylinder was in a driveway near a 10-unit townhome row that was still being built.

The Chester County Hazmat team and the Phoenixville Fire Department worked together to use a fog spray over the cylinder.

Crews were then able to right the cylinder and a hazmat specialist secured the leaking valve.

No evacuations were required because the townhomes by the leak were not yet occupied, and the construction crew had evacuated the area on their own.

No injuries were reported.
