PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Are you heading out to First Friday celebrations in Phoenixville tonight?

Mr. Fuzzy and the Barbarian will be playing at the main stage, located in the parking lot on the corner of Main Street and Bridge Street.

There will be several unique events taking place throughout the downtown area. One of them is a special presentation by the Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area. The event is entitled "Over There And Over Here: Phoenixville and the Great War," and focuses on local involvement in the first World War.

"Phoenixville First Fridays are an exhilarating celebration! Every month we showcase the eclectic feel of Phoenixville. You'll find live music, theatrical performances, local artists, & fun surprises! Walk around and explore some of our arts venues, small shops , unique boutiques and outstanding restaurants. First Fridays are a great time to experience the beauty of the Borough and all that the Downtown Area has to offer. Gather your friends & family, & join us."
