Kimberton Fair Launches Cake Contest

KIMBERTON, PA — Think you've got what it takes to compete with the best at the Kimberton Fair's cake contest?

The fair has launched a cake contest for chocolate cake, apple pie, and angel food cake.

Awards include a ribbon, a chance to compete for the 2018 Pennsylvania Farm Show State title, and cash.

The deadline for submissions is July 15.

The fair, which benefits the Kimberton Volunteer Fire Company, takes place from July 24 through July 29.
