MCHC Family Benefits Assistance at Phoenixville Public Library

individuals and families can sign up for benefits at the Library

The Maternal and Child Health Consortium of Chester County (MCHC) is now providing family benefits assistance on Thursdays from 1:00 to 4:30 PM at Phoenixville Public Library, 183 Second Avenue, Phoenixville. A bilingual (Spanish/English) community health worker is available for application enrollment assistance and advocacy for families and individuals for MA, CHIP, SNAP, and TANF public health benefits. New applications and renewals are welcome! The service is free. For more information, call 610-344-5370 x121.
