Move tax day, April 15, to a more Significant‎‎ date

What do  you think of moving Tax Day from April 15th to "the day before the date set for elections to federal office,"

This is one of the many suggestions in Mark Levin's new book, The Liberty Amendments: Restoring the American Republic, sounds like a good one to me ;- )
