New Book 'The Judge And The President' Signing Set In Phoenixville
Malvern Author David H. Moskowitz is hosting a book launch at Molly Maguire's Bar and Restaurant in downtown Phoenixville on Sunday, Dec. 3.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA —Author David H. Moskowitz’s latest book, “The Judge And The President: Stealing the 2020 Election,” provides insight into the history of the election process for the president, the aftermath of the 2020 election, and the indictment of former president Donald Trump.
Moskowitz of Malvern is hosting a book launch and signing at 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at Molly Maguire's Bar and Restaurant, 197 Bridge St., Phoenixville.
Moskowitz, a retired lawyer, is the husband of Marian Moskowitz, chair of the Chester County commissioners. His legal practice concentrated on real estate, municipal, corporate, and international law.

Since 1976, Moskowitz has authored several books including a three-volume series, “The Judge and the Creative Positivist.” The first book is “The Judge And the Empire,” and the second book is “The Judge and the Creative Philosopher.”
A positivist is an individual who relies on scientific evidence.

The latest book focuses on the aftermath of the 2020 election and the attempt to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. Moskowitz explains democracy and the peaceful transfer of power after the Electoral College members meet and cast their votes for the winner.
The book provides insight into how the 2020 election was different from the typical meeting of the Electoral College. The election occurred during the height of the pandemic, the traditional ceremony to transfer power was delayed, and former President Trump attacked the electoral system.
The book has several sections about swing states, including Pennsylvania Moskowitz also makes several predictions about the Trump indictments in Washington and Georgia. The book is available for purchase here.
