One person was killed in a fire in Schuylkill Township Friday morning: breaking.

One person was killed in a fire in Schuylkill Township Friday morning, officials said.
The blaze on the 500 block of Valley Forge Road started sometime between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., fire officials said.
Both the Phoenixville Fire Department and the Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Co. responded to the scene.

The blaze was brought under control before 11:45 a.m.
According to 6ABC, the victim was found dead inside the house.

It's not yet known what caused the fire.
No other injuries were reported.
It was the second significant blaze in Chester County Friday morning, as a two-alarm blaze in Highland Township ripped through a building on a farm at around the same time.
