VALLEY FORGE, PA — Overnight lane closures are set for 422 next week as crews improve several ramps and interchanges in the Valley Forge Area.
Lanes will be closed overnight from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., beginning Monday, Aug. 7 through Thursday, Aug. 10, between the Oaks and U.S. 202 interchanges, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said Thursday.
The work will be improving U.S. 422 between the Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) and Route 363 (Trooper Road) interchanges; upgrading Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) at its interchange with U.S. 422; and improving ramps at the Route 363 (Trooper Road), Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) and First Avenue interchanges, officials said.
