PAHS Hosts Welcome BBQ

Last night PAHS had a BBQ welcoming incoming Freshman and new students. It was a fun night and included presentations by Dr. Parkinson and other staff and faculty, as well as presentations on Operation FOCUS, the after-Prom Party, which rumor has it is the most looked forward to part of Prom, as well as the Naviance system, which helps students and families research and review schools based upon their interests and recommend possible career opportunities.

Both the Board Chairman and CEO of Apex Federal Credit Union were on hand to also welcome students and let them know about our on-sight credit union and the program which allows students to work at the branch, and get paid!

Our school store, Phantom Station was also open and is offering a full line of Phantom wear, including Under Armour! Staffed by students, the store is a great way to show your Phantom Pride and help support our school.

Tours were given by our Phantom Ambassadors, all current students at PAHS. Questions ranged from "How will I not get lost?", to "How is the food?".

Please visit the PASD website for more information on upcoming events and remember, retired District residents can register at the District Administration Building and receive free admittance to District events.
