Phoenixville Installs Historic Church Street School Bell In Reeves Park (patch.com) — A historic 1859 school bell with deep Phoenixville roots now has a permanent home in Reeves Park, following a recent dedication led by Mayor Urscheler. Once used by Phoenix Hose, Hook & Ladder Co. to signal fires and celebrations, the cracked bell has been preserved as a public tribute to the borough's 19th-century history and community traditions.

Celebrate Local Food and Agriculture (naturalcentralpa.com) — Phoenixville will host the sixth annual Good Food Fest at Kimberton Fairgrounds on November 1, bringing a huge farmers market, food trucks, local drinks, and family activities to town. With more than 100 producers, live music, kids' attractions, and farm animals, it's a chance to shop directly from regional farmers and food makers while learning how to better support local agriculture.
