Phoenixville Man Arrested Sunday On 'Suspicious' Drug Activity: Police

A Phoenixville man was arrested on Sunday by the East Pikeland Township Police Department for suspicious drug activity, according to police.

Matthew Riddlemoser, 20, was arrested at about 10 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Burger King near 300 Schuylkill Road, police said.

Riddlemoser was acting “suspiciously” near his car, police said, and when he went inside the Burger King police saw a blunt with suspected marijuana in it on the floor of his car.

“Further investigation revealed a bowl used for smoking marijuana,” the police report stated.

Riddlemoser was later released. A hearing date has not been set.
