Local Man Busted For DUI With Three Children In Car: Cops

He was originally stopped for driving without lights.

A local man was arrested on Tuesday for driving under the influence while he had three children in the car with him, according to the East Pikeland Police Department.

Dominick Hooks, 21, of Kimerbrae Drive was stopped at about 11:45 p.m. on August 11 on the 500 block of Kimberton Road, police said.

He was stopped because he was operating his vehicle without lights, according to police.

Police discovered marijuana on the floor of his vehicle, and he failed a field sobriety test, police said.

Hooks was charged with DUI, endangering the welfare of children, driving without lights, and possession of a small amount of marijuana, police said.
