A Phoenixville man remains among the most wanted criminal fugitives in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has been on the hunt for Zakaria Mostafa, 55, ever since 1996.
Mostafa is wanted for robbery, PIC, reckless endangerment, and receiving stole property.

Mostafa is 5’8” tall and has brown eyes and black hair.
