PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The week's submissions are in, and this week's puppy of the week for the local area is Libby.

Here's what Libby's family has to say about what makes her so special:

Meet Libby! She was rescued from a kill shelter to a second chance shelter in North Carolina. Libby is renaissance dog as she has lived in Charlotte, Philadelphia, and now Phoenixville! She loves cuddling and going on her back for belly rubs when she meets new people. On Sundays, she is watching her favorite team, the New England Patriots.
