Phoenixville Puppy of the Week: Carter

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- This week's puppy of the week for the Phoenixville area is "Hurricane" Carter, fond of fishing and helping mow the lawn.

Here's what Carter's family has to say about him:

This is a 19-month-old Boxer named Carter. In this picture Carter is helping his Daddy, Chuck Andrews, catch fish during the first week of Trout Season in Phoenixville. Carter is also very helpful in cutting the lawn on his Daddy's tractor!

He was born on Thanksgiving. The breeders' son was a fan of boxing: Carter's official name is Hurricane Carter, named after Rubin Hurricane Carter, the boxer from New Jersey who was wrongfully convicted of murder and spent 20 years in jail before it was overturned and he was released.
