Phoenixville's The Clinic To Offer Free Legal Counseling
The Clinic in Phoenixville wants to protect its patients, medically and legally.

Phoenixville, PA -- A local organization is doing everything it can help those without financial resources gain quality medical care and protect themselves legally.
The Clinic, based in Phoenixville, now offers free legal services to the community, which may be particularly helpful to those who may have suffered a workplace, automobile, or slip and fall injury, they announced in a press release.
The program is available thanks to attorney Cheryl J. Baffa, owner of Baffa Law Offices, who is committed to helping everyone—regardless of ability to pay—understand how to protect themselves, both legally and through the appropriate insurance, the release states.

“During my 35 years of practicing law, I have come to know and represent multimillionaires as well as indigent people and everyone in between," Baffa said in a statement. “Regardless of wealth or position, it is personally very important to me that all people are treated fairly, and everyone’s rights under our laws are protected.”
Baffa offers one-on-one counseling to The Clinic’s patients and is also available to meet with patient groups, churches, and others to help explain their legal rights and assist them in choosing the automobile insurance that best protects them and suits their needs.

“In my experience, these are the two areas where the public often doesn’t fully realize what they need to protect themselves until it is too late,” Baff said. “Education and knowledge gives you power. My goal is to help provide both to our community.”
