Police: Drugs Found After Traffic Stop

A passenger in the car admitted to having a small quantity of marijuana.

A Phoenixville man was found to be in possession of marijuana after East Whiteland Township Police stopped the car in which he was a passenger Monday.

Police made a traffic stop in Wawa parking lot on the 500 block of Kimbertown Road.

An officer smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, police said, and the vehicle's passenger admitted to having a small quantity of the drug.

The passenger, Lorenzo Tabb, 18, of the 300 block of First Avenue in Phoenixville, was processed and released pending a later hearing.
