Public Drunkenness / Attempt To Buy Drugs / Terroristic Threats: Phoenixville Crime Reports

PHOENIXVILLE, PA - Phoenixville police released arrest reports for the month-long period beginning November 9 through December 3.

On 11/09/15 at 3:15pm, a 28 year old male from Pottstown was arrested for retail theft at Gateway Pharmacy located at 165 Nutt Road.

On 11/10/15 at 3:48pm, a 33 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested on an active Chester County bench warrant and terroristic threats at 153 Main Street. The female was taken to Chester County Prison.

On 11/11/15 at 3:36am, a 35 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested for retail theft at Giant Supermarket located at 700 Nutt Road.

On 11/14/15 at 2:29pm, a 20 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for indecent exposure for an incident in the 200 block of Church Street and the parking lot of Giant Supermarket located at 700 Nutt Road.

On 11/14/15 at 11:13pm, a 22 year old male from Norristown was arrested for public drunkenness on Prospect Street.

On 11/15/15 at 5:07am, a 22 year old female from Lansdale was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 500 block of Onward Avenue.

On 11/17/15 at 4:57am, a 23 year old female from Collegeville was arrested for DUI on Fillmore Street.

On 11/17/15 at 9:50pm, a 23 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for simple assault in the 300 block of Church Street. The male was released on bail.

On 11/18/15 at 11:49am, a 23 year old male and a 25 year old male both from Phoenixville were arrested for simple assault in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

On 11/18/15 at 7:41pm, an 18 year old male from Schuylkill Township was cited for possession of marijuana in the Giant Supermarket parking lot located at 700 Nutt Road.

On 11/19/15 at 12:00am, a 24 year old male from Malvern was arrested for solicitation of subject to purchase a controlled substance for him in Municipal Parking Lot #3 located on Taylor Alley.

On 11/19/15 at 11:52am, a 23 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested on several warrants and escape on Center Street. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 11/19/15 at 5:57pm, a 58 year old male from Schuylkill Township was arrested on an active DUI warrant held by the Phoenixville Police Department at Nutt Road and Althouse Lane. The male was released on bail.

On 11/20/15 at 9:03pm, a 52 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for DUI on Gold Street.

On 11/20/15 at 10:40pm, a 25 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness at Gay Street and Washington Avenue. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 11/23/15 at 10:08pm, a 29 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested for DUI in the 200 block of Franklin Avenue after crashing into a parked vehicle.

On 11/25/15 at 10:46pm, a 24 year old male from Royersford was cited for having an open container of beer at Bridge Street and Bank Street.

On 11/26/15 at 12:15am, a 21 year old male from Oaks was cited for urinating in public in the 200 block of Price Street.

On 11/26/15 at 1:14am, a 22 year old male from Barto was arrested for public drunkenness in the 500 block of Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 11/26/15 at 1:25am, a 42 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 300 block of Taylor Alley. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 11/26/15 at 1:28am, a 21 year old male and a 22 year old male both from Collegeville were cited for urinating in public along Bank Street.

On 11/26/15 at 1:55am, a 26 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness and urinating in public along Bank Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 11/26/15 at 2:07am, a 28 year old male from Schuylkill Township was arrested for public drunkenness at Bridge Street and South Main Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 11/27/15 at 2:16am, a 28 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for simple assault in the 600 block of Bridge Street.

On 11/28/15 at 2:37am, a 30 year old female from Royersford was arrested for public drunkenness at Bridge Street and South Main Street.

On 11/29/15 at 2:10am, a 25 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 200 block of Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 12/03/15 at 4:00pm, a 51 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for terroristic threats, after he pulled a knife on police in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. A Phoenixville Police Officer used his Taser to disarm the male. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.
