According to the university’s website, in addition to exemplary academics, future Yale students are a combination of those who would make the most of the extraordinary resources assembled, those with a zest to stretch the limits of their talents, and those with an outstanding public motivation – in other words, “applicants with a concern for something larger than themselves.”

Ms. Michelle Boyd, RA Upper School Principal said, “We are extremely proud of Jeremy's drive to succeed, his achievements, and his character. We are so pleased that Yale University has also recognized his academic strengths, but also the contributions he has made to RA and the community at large through his work in both Key Club and the National Honor Society. He will undoubtedly go on to do great things at Yale and beyond. We are thrilled for Jeremy and look forward to his future successes.

“I was completely ecstatic upon receiving my letter from Yale,” said Jeremy about the news of his acceptance. I was initially a little concerned when waiting to hear from the university, but I hoped that my hard work over the last four years would truly pay off. I would like to give special recognition to Mrs. Sheyna Land, RA ELA teacher, for assisting me with my admissions essay.” In the fall, Jeremy will most likely attend Yale, where he will study economics. He plans to be a financial analyst and work with either a non-profit organization or a larger American corporation.
