“Today’s lengthy prison sentence will hopefully begin the healing for the children robbed of their innocence at the hands of this predator,” said John Kelleghan, special agent in charge of HSI Philadelphia. “We will continue to aggressively target those who prey upon and sexually exploit our children. We owe it to the young victims in these cases, who will carry the emotional and physical scars of these crimes with them for the rest of their lives.”
Rebbie initially faced 580 years worth of charges.

Rebbie was arrested in February 2015 after a child found a camera hidden in the sink in her bathroom.
An ensuing search warrant served at Rebbie’s home resulted in the seizure of 80 videos taken by Rebbie with a camera hidden in the bathroom, 19 of which captured minor boys and girls as they undressed, showered, and used the toilet.
The videos were saved by Rebbie from his hidden video camera to his computer. Rebbie took videos of the girl and other children in that bathroom for a period of four years, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
Rebbie also allegedly molested the girl when she was sleeping when she was between 9 and 13 years old.
Officials did not make public how Rebbie knew the girl or her family, or how he placed the camera in the bathroom.
The mandatory minimum sentence for Rebbie is 15 years. He also faces a lifetime of supervision even if he is released.
Rebbie was the author of children’s books, including “Mr. Stinkas and the Little Cheese Shop.” The proceeds of the book were even donated to the Children’s Miracle Network, which raises funds for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Rebbie is now awaiting trial in Montgomery County and Bucks County on child molestation charges.
