Local nonprofit Open Hearth is recruiting applicants for their Family Savings Program. Qualified participants save $1,000 over 6 to 12 months and receive $1,000 in matching funds towards the purchase of a car!

Residents of Chester County with an annual income below 200% of the federal poverty level ($40,180 for a family of 3) can apply to the program. Households must have some earned income to qualify.
