SUSTAINABILITY FAIR WILL BRING TOGETHER LOCALS WORKING TO SAVE THE PLANET
WEST VINCENT TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PA: The West Vincent Township Sustainability Fair will be held at West Vincent Elementary School on Saturday April 18 from 10:00-3:00. The school is located on Route 401, ¼ mile east of the intersection of Rt. 100 and Rt. 401.
The issue of sustainability is no longer a fad. With increasingly desperate warnings about rising sea levels and melting glaciers, local residents are finding that they can no longer sit on the sidelines. Instead, many local and regional entrepreneurs are starting to find out that we no longer need to be faced with the choice of whether to do what’s good for the environment or do what’s good for business. Indeed, we can do both and do very well.

Come out and meet some of these local entrepreneurs, speakers, and advocates at the 3rd annual Sustainability Fair on April 18th. You will see a large variety of local entrepreneurs selling green products, representatives from non-profit groups giving demonstrations, and creative young people showing off their own sustainability-related projects. You will also get to sample some amazing locally-grown organic food!! Bring an old cell phone and you can recycle that too!
This event attracts a large number of local residents as well as people from around the region interested in learning more about what’s out there and how they can participate in a more environmentally congruent lifestyle. We hope you can join us and be a part of this community-wide celebration of positive environmental education, information and inspiration.
