Three New Chester County Prosecutors Sworn In
"They are bright, hard-working, and ethical."

Three new Chester County Assistant District Attorneys have been sworn in, county DA Tom Hogan announced on Monday.
Matthew Finley, Caitlin Rice, and Samanatha Ryan were sworn in on Friday, November 20, the DA’s office said.
“They are bright, hard-working, and ethical,” Hogan said in a press release. “They will be a credit to the citizens of Chester County.”

Finley, a graduate of the University of Kentucky and William and Mary, was previously a prosecutor in Virginia.
Rice, meanwhile, attended the College of Charleston and Temple University, before interning with the United States District Attorney’s Office.

Ryan went to Montclair State University and Widener, and has worked her way through the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
