Townhouse Bursts Into Flames Near Phoenixville

A townhouse in Charlestown Township burst into flames on Wednesday morning, according to fire officials.

The two-alarm fire was reported at about 7:30 a.m. on Stewarts Court in the Charlestown Hunt development, officials said.

The East Whiteland Fire Company, Kimberton Fire Company, Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company, and Phoenixville Fire Department were all at the scene.

Officials ask residents to pull over to the side of the road if they see a fire apparatus en-route.

The extent of the damage is not yet known, nor is it known if there have been any injuries.
