VNA Personal Navigator Public Benefits Enrollment Assistance

Phoenixville Public Library will host VNA’s Personal Navigator Program, which offers free public benefits enrollment assistance, on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. VNA’s Personal Navigator Program is a one-stop access, advocacy, and enrollment program that assists Phoenixville-area residents in navigating and enrolling into a variety of public benefits including: Medical Assistance/CHiP, PENNIE, Medicare related benefits and subsidies, SNAP/School Lunches, PA Property/Rent Rebate, LIHEAP/LIHWAP and other utility savings programs, and other financial, housing, and social supports. Register for an appointment at the Library at https://www.vnacs.org. Please bring the following documents to the appointment: ID for all household members, proof of household income, household bills.
