WATCH: Phoenixville Authorities Investigating Theft From Vehicle Caught On Tape

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Authorities in Phoenixville are investigating after a theft from a vehicle in the borough was caught on tape.

The incident occurred in a parking lot in the borough on May 12.

Surveillance footage from the scene shows a white male in a white hooded sweatshirt and a beard approaching the vehicle.

He opens the front door, which appears to be unlocked, and then rummages inside before fleeing the scene.
