I attended the Zoning
Review Committee meeting last night at borough hall & heard some encouraging things being discussed. For one there are plans to put in place ordinances to stop relentless amounts of sub-division of properties in residential areas. This will prevent too much tearing down of single properties to build multi-unit structures. I left the meeting feeling like the ZRC has a sound plan in mind for our new zoning layout coming to the borough. What's on your mind when you think about growth in our town?
