
Tonight we are dining with duck and wine! Chef Rodney Stockett will bring his culinary expertise to show how easy it can be to prepare perfect duck dishes. He will demonstrate cooking with duck including sautéing and roasting, rillettes and duck confit. Award-winning Crossing Vineyards wines will be paired with Rodney’s creations!
This is a demonstration class with partial audience participation. Ages 18 and above are welcome. Only those 21 or older will be served wine.
Additional wines may be purchased by glass or bottle.
