Work Begins On 'Godzilla' Phoenixville Mural

Work has begun on the mural along the side of the Phoenix Village apartments.

It will portray a phoenix breathing fire amidst industrial cogs.

One local official recently compared the mural to “Godzilla,” lending the new mural a sense of notoriety about town.

It’s not the only new mural on the block.

Just across the street on the wall of Marly’s Restaurant, in the parking lot of Bluebird Distillery, the new ‘Welcome to Phoenixville’ mural was recently completed.
