The KVBA Chamber Music Series continues to bring world class chamber music to the suburbs - this time welcoming Yumi Kendall - cello and Charles Abramovic - piano, on Thursday, July 28th at 7:30 pm in the Colonial Room at the historic and beautiful Kimberton Inn.

Yumi Kendall joined The Philadelphia Orchestra in 2004 as assistant principal cello upon graduation from the Curtis Institute of Music. While at Curtis she studied with the late David Soyer and Peter Wiley, both of the Guarneri Quartet.

Charles Abramovic has won critical acclaim for his international performances as a soloist, chamber musician, and collaborator with leading instrumentalists and singers. He has appeared as soloist with the Baltimore Symphony, the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Colorado Philharmonic, the Florida Philharmonic, and the Nebraska Chamber Orchestra. He is a Professor of Keyboard Studies at Temple University’s Boyer College of Music in Philadelphia where he has taught since 1988.

There will be a cash bar before each concert and at intermission. The Kimberton Inn offers a 10% dining discount to concertgoers.
