Police said the crash happened when an Audi SUV collided head-on with a Ford truck in Leetsdale.

LEETSDALE, PA — A man is dead after the SUV he was driving collided head-on with a truck near Leetsdale, according to police.
Allegheny County police were notified of a crash near the intersection of Ohio River Boulevard and Ferry Street shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday. When police responded to the crash scene, they learned an Audi SUV had collided head-on with a Ford truck.
The driver of the Audi, an adult man, was taken to the hospital where he later died, police said.

The driver of the Ford, also an adult man, was taken to the hospital where he is in stable condition, according to authorities.
Authorities did not release the victim's name and are investigating what led to the crash.
