The boy passed away two days after the blaze broke out at his home.

SALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — An 11-year-old boy died Sunday, two days after a fire destroyed his family's home.

The loss of David Wayne Becker has left his family reeling.

"David was the kindest 11-year-old boy who brought so much joy into my life and the lives of our family from the moment he joined us on this earth.," said Georgia Rosatti, David's aunt. "He would give the shirt off his back, and he took so much pride in being the best big brother to his 3-year-old little brother, Johnny."
