2 Charged In Pittsburgh-Area Easter Homicide

PITTSBURGH, PA — Two Pittsburgh-area people have been charged with killing their roommate.

According to the Fayette County District Attorney's Office, Terry Newland, 58, and Alysha Riggans, 30, are accused of conspiring to kill Ralph Brown, 71, with whom they lived with in Uniontown.

Brown’s body was discovered on Easter along an active railway near Kerr Street.
