2 Dead In Pair Of Motorcycle Accidents In Pittsburgh Area
Two men were killed in separate motorcycle accidents Sunday in the same Pittsburgh-area community.
NORTH VERSAILLES, PA — Two men died Sunday in separate motorcycle accidents in this suburban Pittsburgh community.
At around 9:30 p.m., a crash between a motorcycle and van occurred at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Clyde Avenue. The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in critical condition and later died.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office identified him as Darien Clark, 27, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County.

The driver of the van was uninjured.
An earlier crash between a motorcycle and minivan occurred around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Westinghouse and 5th avenues. The motorcyclist, Benjamin Petkovsek, 23, was pronounced dead at an area hospital; the minivan driver, an adult man, was listed in stable condition at a local hospital.
