2 PA Companies Among Nation's Top Employers: Fortune
The two Pennsylvania companies that made this year's Fortune best places to work rankings might surprise you.
PENNSYLVANIA — A popular convenience store chain and a home renovation company, both headquartered in the state, finished highly on Fortune's 2026 100 Best Places To Work list.
Chester-based Power Home Modeling was rated 20th, while Altoona-based Sheetz came in at 32nd.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For list lauds companies that build a high-trust workplace environment, measured through a proprietary survey platform. Confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million employees in the U.S.

Sheetz is the best-known Pennsylvania name in the rankings, which recognize companies that excel in workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

With 26 regional offices, Power has a 4.6 Glassdoor employee rating and a 97 percent CEO approval rating.
Twelve percent of its employees are veterans.
The company has raised more than $12 million to fight pediatric cancer.
