IRWIN, PA — A $3 million jackpot winning $3,000,000 Fun Fortune Scratch-Off lottery ticket was sold in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania Lottery officials announced Friday.

The ticket was purchased at LNC on Oak Street in Irwin, which will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winner.
