HARRISON TOWNSHIP, PA — A $3 million-winning Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket has been sold in Allegheny County. The $160 Million Cash Blowout ticket was sold at the BP on Freeport Road in the township's Natrona Heights section.

The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The scratch-off game costs $30 and offers top prizes of $3 million.

Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date posted on the lottery website. All winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the lot>

According to lottery officials, scratch-offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold.
