PITTSBURGH, PA — There is no shortage of weekend brunch spots in the city, but which one is the right one for you?

That depends on your tastes, of course. So Patch has compiled a list of restaurants that offer an incredible array of varying brunch menu options that you might want to try.

  • The Grand Concourse, Station Square: This arguably is the city's most popular brunch spot and it's easy to see why. The offerings include carved prime rib, smoked turkey breast, pit smoked ham, fish, seasoned baked chicken and a made-to-order omelet station.
  • Ritual House, Downtown: This relatively new restaurant already has garnered a reputation for having one of the city's best brunches. And why not? Among the menu items are a lobster omelet, and egg white omelet, a house quiche and a classic eggs benedict and a crab cake benedict. Yum.
  • The Speckled Egg, Downtown: Well, let's start with a goat cheese omelet, the proceed to the buttermilk poppy seed pancakes and the brown butter french toast. Also, portions of the proceeds of quiche sales go to a local charity.
  • Ross Cafe, Ross: You can't go wrong with a menu that includes sweet crepes, french toast, pancakes served with maple syrup and whipped cream, waffles and a Turkish breakfast that features shared plates of menemen, olives, cheese, vegetables, bread and a tea pot.
  • Shorty's Tap X Taco, The Waterfront: The hangover killer burrito features scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, chihuahua cheese and comes with a side of charred tomato jam and breakfast potatoes. Breakfast sandwiches and warm biscuits served with sausage gravy also are available. Plus, there are pinball machines there.
