Pirates Sign 7-Time All-Star, World Series Winner: Reports
The Pittsburgh Pirates reportedly have made a major addition to their roster.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Pirates are making a major addition to their pitching staff by adding seven-time All-Star reliever Aroldis Chapman to their roster, according to multiple reports. The deal has not been officially announced by the team pending a physical.
The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal reports that the deal is for one year and $10.5 million, which would make Chapman the second-highest paid player on the Bucs after outfielder Bryan Reynolds.
Reynolds will make in excess of $13 million this year.
