Allegheny County Has Three More Coronavirus Deaths
Here are the latest coronavirus case numbers for Allegheny County and southwestern Pennsylvania.
PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department on Tuesday reported three new coronavirus deaths. The county death toll now stands at 309.
Two of the victims were in their 80s, the other was in the 90s.
The county reported 58 new cases. The total number of cases in the county during the outbreak is 9, 990. There have been 933 hospitalizations in the county during the outbreak.

With 1,740 cases in Westmoreland County, 1,504 in Beaver County, 979 in Washington County and 745 in Butler County, that brings the total number of cases in the five-county region to 15,958 when Allegheny County numbers are included.
According to the state Department of Health, there have been 492 deaths in the region from the virus: Three hundred and nine in Allegheny County, 95 in Beaver County, 49 in Westmoreland County, 22 in Washington County and 17 in Butler County.
