Allegheny County Reports No New Coronavirus Deaths

Here are the latest coronavirus case numbers for Allegheny County and southwestern Pennsylvania.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department on Monday reported no new coronavirus deaths. The county death toll remains at 306.

The county reported 29 new cases. The total number of cases in the county during the outbreak is 9, 932. There have been 926 hospitalizations in the county during the outbreak.

With 1,731 cases in Westmoreland County, 1,501 in Beaver County, 976 in Washington County and 746 in Butler County, that brings the total number of cases in the five-county region to 14,886 when Allegheny County numbers are included.

According to the state Department of Health, there have been 489 deaths in the region from the virus: Three hundred and six in Allegheny County, 95 in Beaver County, 49 in Westmoreland County, 22 in Washington County and 17 in Butler County.
