Another Dog Abandoned At Pittsburgh International Airport
For the second time in three months, police found a dog left behind at the airport.

MOON TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are searching for the man who allegedly abandoned a dog at the Pittsburgh International Airport parking garage Thursday. It was the second time in three months that a canine has been left behind at the airport.
Officers say a chihuahua was found tied to a pole in garage Thursday. They say the dog seems to be in good condition. It was not microchipped.
On Thursday night, county police posted pictures of the suspect on social media. Police believe he was a ticketed passenger who spent time inside the airport before abandoning the dog prior to his flight.

Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 1-833-ALL-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
In August, police found a bulldog unattended in a stroller near the entrance to the short-term parking lot.

The dog's owner, Allison Lyn Gaiser of East Franklin, Armstrong County, is facing a misdemeanor count of animal cruelty as well as summary violations of animal cruelty, animal neglect and abandoning a dog within the state.
