Another Pittsburgh Restaurant To Permanently Close
Known for its eclectic cuisine, this Pittsburgh eatery soon will shut its doors.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Casa Brasil, a popular Brazilian restaurant on Bryant Street in Highland Park, is closing for good at the end of the month.
"We would like to express our gratitude to your support for almost 5 years and on this note we would like to share that our business journey here at Casa Brasil is coming to an end," the restaurant's owners said on social media.
"From day one you welcomed us with open arms and embraced our concept. A business that started as a pop-up restaurant in 2018 created a permanent home a year later."

We "opened our Buteco space to a variety of events, showcasing the city's underground musical scene from local bands to a diverse DJ community filling our dance floor with many dope parties and vibes," the Facebook statement said. "Building a business by the community and for the community is one of Casa Brasil’s legacies and we want to live true to that until the last minute."
