Antonio Brown Sued, Allegedly Nearly Hit Child With Furniture

The lawsuit alleges the Steelers' star wide receiver threw items from his apartment balcony, TMZ Sports reported.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Antonio Brown is being sued by someon claiming the Steelers wide receiver nearly killed his toddler in April when he threw furniture off of his apartment balcony in a violent rage, TMZ Sports reported.

The lawsuit, filed by Ophir Sternberg, alleges his 22-month-old son and his grandfather were walking around the pool at Brown’s apartment complex when large objects began falling from the building many floors above them. The items tossed included vases, an ottoman and other furniture that landed within a few feet of the boy and his grandfather, the lawsuit alleged.

Security personnel and police determined the items came from Brown's unit. The event was captured on surveillance video, according to TMZ.

TMZ did not indicate where the alleged incident occurred or where the lawsuit was filed.

TMZ said it could not reach Brown’s representative for comment.
