PENNSYLVANIA - Joe Biden continues to be the top choice for the Democratic presidential nominee in Pennsylvania, while President Trump faces an uphill battle to once again win a state he carried by 44,000 votes in 2016.

That's according to the results of a new Franklin & Marshall College poll released Thursday that's a snapshot of Pennsylvania voter preferences taken during Trump's impeachment trial. The Lancaster County-based school conducted the poll from Jan. 20-26.

Biden was favored by 22 percent of poll respondents. That's down from the 30 percent the he received in an October survey, but the Scranton native still enjoys a comfortable lead over the other Democrats in the race.
