Billy Joel To Perform At PNC Park
The legendary singer-songwriter is coming to Pittsburgh in 2022.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Billy Joel has joined a growing list of A-level stars scheduled to perform at PNC Park in 2022. Joel, 72, will make his first Pittsburgh appearance since 2016 on Aug. 11, the Pirates announced Thursday.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com.
Joel, who hasn't released a new album of songs in nearly three decades, is known for hits such as "Just the Way You Are," "Piano Man," "It's Still Rock and Roll To Me," "My Life," and "Uptown Girl."

Two other concerts have been announced for PNC Park next year. Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison and Joan Jett and The Blackhearts will play there Aug. 12 and Elton John's farewell tour will stop there Sept. 16.
