Boy, 2, Hospitalized After Falling From Second-Story Window In Pittsburgh
Neighbors found the toddler wrapped in a blanket after he fell from a window in the 2400 block of Bedford Avenue, police said.

PITTSBURGH, PA — A two-year-old boy was hospitalized Saturday after he fell from a second-story window in Pittsburgh, police said.
Pittsburgh police and EMS responded to a home in the 2400 block of Bedford Avenue shortly after 8 a.m. after receiving a report of a child who had fallen to the ground from a second-floor window.
According to police, neighbors found the toddler wrapped in a blanket and took him inside to his parents, who hadn't realized he had fallen out of his bed that was flush with an open window.

The child was conscious and crying when medics took him to the hospital for evaluation. Police said the boy was in serious but stable condition.
Detectives responded to the scene, but the incident is being considered an accident at this time, police said.
