PITTSBURGH, PA — Bruce Springsteen announced additional 2023 tour dates on Tuesday and he and the E Street Band will perform at PPG Paints Arena on Sept. 12.

Verified fan ticket sales will begin on Feb. 23.

It's unclear if Springsteen will use Ticketmaster's dynamic pricing algorithm for the expanded portion of the tour. Dynamic pricing pushed some ticket prices over $1,000 during the initial tour on-sales last year.

Springsteen was heavily criticized for embracing the pricing method. The publisher of the 40-year-old Springsteen fanzine Backstreets announced earlier this month he was ending its publication in part because of the high prices being charged now for Springsteen concerts.

Springsteen, 73, hasn't toured with the E Street Band since 2017.
