Celebrity-Themed Restaurant Coming To Pittsburgh's North Shore

The eatery once owned by former Pittsburgh Steeler Jerome Bettis is expected to reopen this summer with a celebrity concept.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Jerome Bettis' Grille 36 failed to survive the pandemic. But the space located within feet of Acrisure Stadium named after the Steelers Hall-of-Fame running back is expected to be revived this summer with a probable country music theme.

TC Restaurant Group, the parent company of Tequila Cowboy located just steps away from the former Steelers' star's ex-eatery, will take over the site with a restaurant and sports bar, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. It will be themed after a national entertainer.

TC Restaurant Group has several restaurants that bear the names of country music stars, so here are several possibilities:

  • Luke's 32 Bridge Food and Drink: The Luke Bryan-themed Nashville location is a 30,000 square-foot multilevel entertainment facility, featuring six levels, eight bars, three stages and two restaurants.
  • Jason Aldean's Kitchen: Also located in Nashville, this restaurant features a large bar with a 1961 4020 John Deer tractor.
  • Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, a four-level entertainment complex featuring Tex-Mex dining.
